This 21 day program is designed to jump start your health & fitness journey using a simple nutrition diet guide and introducing you to the daily and weekly exercises you should be implementing for the best results, while living a BUSY life! If you feel that you need to ease into these workouts before taking on the next program (Get AEF Shredded), start here and prepare your body! This regiment will also help you to get creative in the gym when equipment is not available, develop your own workout mind, as well as get comfortable with setting the tone in the gym.
